Celebrate International Women’s Day with us, this years theme is Inspiring Change.  We have 2 inspiring speakers for you to get you motivated!

  • Professor Marian Baird  -Professor of Employment Relations and Director of the WomenWork Research Group at the University of Sydney ,  Marian is co-editor of the Journal of Industrial Relations and is on the editorial board of the Australian Bulletin of Labour and the international journal, Community, Work and Family. She is a Fellow of the University of Sydney Senate, a member of the Women’s College Council and on the Research Committee of the Diversity Council of Australia
  • Ms Karynne Courts is Australia’s leading values specialist and has been inspiring and coaching leaders for over a decade. Working across Australia and internationally, Karynne has designed and implemented programs for both corporate and government sectors. She has worked with organisations such as Westpac, The Defence Materiel Organisation (DMO), Bidvest, and Westfield.  Karynne’s pioneering work is highly respected by her peers and clients. Karynne facilitates the Visionary Leadership Program as well as regularly developing and facilitating programs for different organisations. Her recent book Journey to the Blue Road is an inspirational book blending her rural upbringing with her work in leadership and her experiences with life.

We will also hear the beautiful voices from the Northern Beaches Chorus a community choir of  women of all ages and backgrounds who share a passion for performing 4-part acappella harmony.  Tickets $45 can be purchased online click on the register now button above, raffle tickets will be sold at the event to raise funds for the Manly Warringah Womens Resource Centre.
