I have a bit of a bone to pick with some of the major retailers….
I’m sure many of you have read about the slump in retail in “bricks & mortar” shops- you only have to look around to see the endless Sale signs to know that retailers are doing ti really tough at the moment.
So they are complaining about the online stores stealing their customers- or are they?
I don’t know about you but I have found that many stores are just lacking in basic customer service manners and communication with their customers. Is it too hard to expect someone to help you?
Is it too hard to be given accurate details about products and when to expect them?
At least when you order online- you get a message saying your payment went through, another message saying when it will be shipped, when it has been shipped and how many days to expect before arrival.
This has not been my experience in the last few months in purchasing items from my local stores.
Recently our TV gave up the ghost after yet another blackout in our area. The TV was old but between my partner & I was had quite a few old TV’s between us.
